Tecno Spark Go 3 Price Hiked by NPR 3,500, Now Costs NPR 25,499 in Nepal

The Tecno Spark Go 3 just got more expensive in Nepal. The 4GB+64GB model now sells for NPR 25,499, which is NPR 3,500 higher than before. If you were eyeing this budget phone, here is a quick look at the Tecno Spark Go 3 specifications and what the new price means for buyers.

Tecno Spark Go 3 Overview

Design and Display

The Tecno Spark Go 3 measures 167.7 x 77.8 x 8.10mm, so it stays easy to hold even with a big screen. It comes in four colors: Ink Black, Titanium Grey, Aurora Purple, and Galaxy Blue. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor takes care of unlocking. The phone also has an IP64 rating against dust and water splashes, and it can handle drops from up to 1.2 meters.

Up front sits a 6.75-inch dot-notch screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, which is rare at this price. The resolution is 720 x 1600, so it is HD+ and not razor sharp. Still, scrolling and swiping feel smoother than on most phones in this range.

Performance

Inside, the phone runs on the T7250 processor, a 4G-only chip built for everyday jobs like calls, social media, and video streaming. Heavy gaming is not its strength, so keep expectations realistic. The Tecno Spark Go 3 ships with Android 15 out of the box, which is a nice touch for a budget device.

You get two memory options: 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, or 4GB RAM with 128GB storage. Both can borrow another 4GB as extended RAM, reaching 8GB in total. Extras like OTG support, an infrared remote, and a software gyroscope add a bit of everyday convenience.

Camera

Photography is kept simple here. The phone has a single 13MP rear camera with dual flash, which is fine for daylight photos, quick document shots, and casual snaps. Low-light pictures may need a steady hand and some patience.

On the front, there is an 8MP selfie camera that handles video calls and everyday selfies well enough. Nobody should expect flagship-level detail, but for social media uploads and simple memories, the Tecno Spark Go 3 camera setup should do the job for most budget buyers.

Battery and Connectivity

The Tecno Spark Go 3 packs a 5000mAh battery, and it should comfortably last a full day with regular use. Charging runs through a Type-C port at 15W, so a full top-up takes a while. That is quite normal for this price segment, and the large battery makes up for it.

For connectivity, the Tecno Spark Go 3 supports 4G networks, along with GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, FM radio, and OTG. There is no 5G, which makes sense given the chipset. The built-in FM radio is a handy extra that many users in Nepal will probably appreciate. The phone also supports Freelink 2.0, which is claimed to allow voice calls up to 1 km away without a cellular network or the internet.

Tecno Spark Go 3 Price and Availability in Nepal

After the hike, the Tecno Spark Go 3 4GB+64GB variant costs NPR 25,499 in Nepal, while the 4GB+128GB variant is priced at NPR 29,999. Both are available at mobile shops across the country and through online stores. Prices can vary slightly between retailers, so it is smart to check locally before buying.

Conclusion

The Tecno Spark Go 3 still offers a 120Hz screen, a big battery, and Android 15, but the price jump makes it a harder sell. For calls, social apps, and streaming, the specs are enough. If you want more power, compare rivals at a similar price before deciding.
