Huawei has been doing pretty well in Nepal’s wearable space even when their smartphones are barely visible in the market. And now they have added two new members to the family with the Huawei Band 11 and Band 11 Pro. What is worth noting this time is that Nepal is getting both the standard and Pro variant together which has never happened before with the Band series here.
- Price Starting at Rs. 9,990 in Nepal
- 1.62-inch AMOLED, up to 2,000 nits Brightness
- Bluetooth 6.0 Connectivity
- 300mAh, up to 14 Days Battery Life
Design & Display

The Band 11 comes in two build choices: a durable polymer body and an aluminium alloy frame. The standard model is available in Black, Purple, Beige, Green and White while the Pro sticks to Black and Blue only. Both are 5ATM water resistant so rain, sweat or a quick swim is not going to be an issue.
The screen has gone up to 1.62 inches from the 1.47 inches on the Band 10. The AMOLED panel sits at 347PPI so text and icons look much crisper this time around. Brightness is a big talking point too. The standard Band 11 goes up to 1500 nits and the Pro takes it to 2000 nits so reading stats or checking the time under direct sunlight is no longer a struggle.
Health & Fitness Features

The Band 11 covers a lot of ground on the fitness side. There are over 100 workout modes on board including running, cycling, yoga and strength training among others. Heart rate monitoring, SpO₂ and sleep tracking are all there and menstrual cycle tracking has also been added which is a nice touch for users who need it.
The GPS situation is where the two models split apart. The standard Band 11 uses connected GPS which means it depends on the paired phone for location. The Band 11 Pro has its own built-in GNSS so it can track routes on its own without a phone in the picture. For people who go on outdoor runs or hikes that difference alone is a big deal.
Smart Features
The Band 11 carries a solid lineup of watch faces and the Panda HuaHua theme is back which was one of the more popular ones on the Band 10. More watch faces can be pulled in through the Huawei Health app at any time. The band also shows notifications from the paired phone so staying on top of messages and alerts without picking up the phone is pretty easy throughout the day.
Battery Life & Charging

Both models run on a 300mAh battery. On light use the battery can go up to 14 days which is pretty good for a fitness band. With normal daily use expect around 8 days and if Always-On Display is kept on that drops to about 3 days. The band charges via a magnetic charger that snaps into place quickly and cleanly.
Connectivity & Compatibility
The Band 11 series moves up to Bluetooth 6.0 from the Bluetooth 5.0 that was on the Band 10. This means more stable connections and better day to day performance. The band works with Android 9.0 and above and iOS 13.0 and above. All data syncs through the Huawei Health app which is available on both Android and iOS.

Conclusion (Should You Buy?)
If the Band 10 is sitting on the wrist right now the Band 11 is a solid reason to upgrade. The bigger screen, better brightness and newer Bluetooth make a noticeable difference in daily use. And if tracking outdoor workouts without carrying a phone is the goal then the Band 11 Pro is the one to go for. The built-in GNSS makes the Rs. 5,000 price gap between the two feel fair. Either way the Huawei Band 11 series is worth a look if a reliable fitness band under Rs. 15,000 is on the shopping list.
