Motorola has come out with the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ and it looks like a pretty good option for anyone looking for a decent mid-range phone without spending too much. The phone runs on a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chip, has a 144Hz quad-curved AMOLED screen and packs a triple camera setup with a Sony LYTIA 710 sensor at the back. For now it is only selling in Brazil, but Motorola usually brings its phones to markets like India and Nepal not too long after. There might be a few small changes when it gets here, but the core stuff should remain the same. If you want to know about the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ price in Nepal, its full specs and when it might arrive, we have got everything covered right here.
- Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor
- 6.8-inch AMOLED 144Hz display
- 50MP Sony LYTIA 710 triple camera
- 5200mAh battery with 68W fast charging
Display & Design

The Edge 70 Fusion+ has a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with a quad-curved design where all four edges curve inward a little. It gives the phone a nicer look and feel without pushing the price into flagship territory. The 144Hz refresh rate makes scrolling feel smooth and the 5200 nits peak brightness means the screen stays visible even when you are outside in bright sunlight. Gorilla Glass 7i sits on top to protect against scratches. The phone is only 7.2mm thick and weighs about 177g so it is comfortable to carry around. It also has IP68 and IP69 ratings meaning a bit of rain or an accidental splash will not cause any damage.
Performance

The Edge 70 Fusion+ uses the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chip made on a 4nm process. It is not a top-end chip but for a mid-range phone it works well enough for normal use, casual gaming and keeping multiple apps open at the same time. The Adreno 810 GPU handles graphics and with 12GB of RAM things run without much lag. Storage is 256GB which should be enough for most people. The phone comes with Android 16 and Motorola’s Hello UI which keeps things clean and easy to use. There is also a RAM boost feature that helps the phone stay smooth as time goes on.
Camera
The camera is probably the biggest reason to consider this phone over the regular Edge 70 Fusion. The older model did not have a telephoto lens but Motorola has added one here. The setup now includes a 50MP Sony LYTIA 710 main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide that can see up to 122 degrees, and a 10MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom and up to 10x digital zoom. That telephoto lens gives you more options when shooting from a distance or when you want to frame a shot differently. You can also shoot 4K video at 60fps which is a nice touch. The front camera is 50MP as well so selfies and video calls should come out looking good.

Battery & Connectivity
The battery is where things get a bit mixed. The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ has a 5200mAh battery which is smaller than the 7000mAh one in the regular Fusion 70. Motorola had to cut it down to make room for the new telephoto camera. A 5200mAh battery is still fine for most people but if you were hoping for two days of use on a single charge that is probably not going to happen. The 68W TurboPower fast charging does help though and Motorola says just 10 minutes of charging is enough to get you through the day.
For connectivity you get 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and USB Type-C. The phone also supports dual SIM with a nano SIM and an eSIM slot.

Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ Price and Availability in Nepal
Right now the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ is only available in Brazil where it is priced at BRL 2,969 for the 12GB/256GB model. There is no official launch date for Nepal yet but Motorola tends to bring its phones to the region within a few months. Going by the Brazil price and how other Motorola phones have been priced here before, the expected Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ price in Nepal is around NPR 84,999.
The phone comes in Orient Blue and Blue Surf colors but it is not confirmed which options will be available locally. We will update this page once Motorola makes an official announcement.
| Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ | Price in Brazil (Official) | Price in Nepal (Expected) |
|---|---|---|
| 12GB/256GB | BRL 2,969 | NPR 84,999 |
Conclusion
The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ is a good mid-range phone overall. The camera gets a real upgrade with the telephoto lens, the screen looks great and the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chip is capable enough for daily use. The battery being smaller than the standard model is the only thing that feels like a step back, but the fast charging does make up for it to some extent. If it hits Nepal at around NPR 84,999 it will be worth considering for anyone in that price range. Keep an eye out for the official launch.
