OPPO has officially launched the OPPO A6s Pro in Nepal, bringing a 7,000mAh battery, Helio G100 Max chipset and IP69K rating to the A-series lineup. At NPR 56,999, though, it is not a good option right now, since the chipset and camera setup on offer do not really match up to the price being asked.
- MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Max 6nm Processor
- 6.57-inch FHD+ AMOLED 120Hz Display
- 50MP Rear Camera with 16MP Front Camera
- 7000mAh Battery with 80W Super Flash Charging
Display & Design

The A6s Pro has a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and it gets bright enough at 1400 nits to stay visible outside on a sunny day. The 10-bit color depth and 100% DCI-P3 coverage mean colors look natural and well-balanced rather than oversaturated. There is also 2160Hz PWM dimming which is something people with sensitive eyes will genuinely appreciate during long screen time.
The phone is 8.29mm thin and weighs 194g which feels just right for a device this size. It comes in White, Blue and Silver finishes with a light-reflective texture that makes it look more expensive than it actually is. On top of that OPPO has made sure this phone can take a beating. It has MIL-STD-810H certification and IP66, IP68 and IP69 ratings so rain, dust and even strong water jets are not going to be an issue.
Performance

Under the hood the A6s Pro runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Max which is a 6nm chip. It has two Cortex-A76 cores for heavier tasks and six Cortex-A55 cores for lighter work and battery saving. Day to day it should handle everything from social media browsing to light gaming without breaking a sweat. The vapor chamber cooling system at 4300mm² is a nice touch that keeps the phone from getting too warm during longer sessions.
You can get it with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage which is more than enough for most people. The LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage keep things moving at a decent pace without any noticeable lag.
Camera
The rear camera setup on the A6s Pro is a 50MP main lens with an f/1.8 aperture paired with a 2MP depth sensor. It is not the most exciting dual camera system out there but the main sensor does a decent job in good lighting. You also get 10x digital zoom and 1080p video recording at 60fps which covers most everyday shooting needs.
The front camera is 16MP with an f/2.4 aperture. Selfies come out looking sharp and it works fine for video calls too.

Battery & Connectivity
The 7000mAh battery is honestly the biggest reason to consider this phone. It is the kind of battery that gets you through a full day of heavy use and still has juice left by bedtime. The 80W fast charging means you are not waiting around forever to top it back up either.
For connectivity you get 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and USB Type-C. Navigation covers GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou and QZSS. There is also an in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers with Hi-Res audio and an IR blaster which is always a handy little feature to have.

OPPO A6s Pro Price and Availability in Nepal
The OPPO A6s Pro is officially available in Nepal at NPR 56,999 for the sole 8GB/256GB variant. Given the chipset and camera setup on offer, this pricing feels steep and puts the phone in a spot where its actual specs need to work harder to convince buyers. Interested buyers can pick up the OPPO A6s Pro from OPPO-authorized retail stores across the country.

Conclusion
The OPPO A6s Pro brings a big battery, a sharp OLED screen and a genuinely tough build into a single package. It is not trying to be a performance flagship, and it does not pretend to be one either. That said, at NPR 56,999 it is hard to call this a good buy, as the price simply does not line up with what the chipset and cameras bring to the table. Unless OPPO revisits the pricing, buyers may want to think twice before picking this one up.
