Vivo has confirmed the China launch of the Vivo X300e, and pre-orders are live already. The phone goes on sale July 27 at 9 AM local time. It’s the newest member of the Zeiss-backed X300 series, joining the X300, X300 Pro, X300 Ultra, X300S, and X300 FE. Vivo hasn’t released an official spec sheet yet, so most of what’s known still comes from leaks.

Vivo X300e Specifications
One change stands out right away: the X300e drops the round camera bump seen on other X300 phones for a square module set into a metal frame. It’ll come in black, white, and a bright orange option that’s already drawing attention online. Vivo says the phone carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Leaks describe a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 2750 x 1260 resolution, often rounded off as 1.5K, using a flat panel rather than curved edges. Despite packing a large battery, the phone reportedly stays slim at 7.99mm thick and around 203 grams.
Power comes from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, the same chipset used in the Vivo X300 FE. Leaked listings mention configurations up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage, though the retail lineup will likely start closer to 12GB RAM with 256GB or 512GB options. The phone is also tipped to launch on OriginOS 6, built on Android 16.
Camera performance has always been the X300 series’ calling card, and the X300e looks set to continue that. Leaks point to a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope camera offering 2x optical zoom, with the same Zeiss co-engineered tuning used across the series. A 50MP front camera handles selfies and video calls.
Battery life might be the biggest talking point, though. Vivo has listed the capacity at roughly 7200mAh, paired with 90W fast charging, a sizeable combination for such a thin phone.
