    Vivo X300s Design and Colours

The screen on the Vivo X300s is genuinely great. It is a 6.78-inch flat OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution and a refresh rate that goes all the way up to 144Hz for super smooth scrolling. Brightness can push up to 4,500 nits so reading under direct sunlight is not a problem at all.

Powering the Vivo X300s is the MediaTek Dimensity 9500, a 3nm chip that is honestly one of the fastest processors available in a smartphone right now. Paired with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, the phone handles anything you throw at it without slowing down. It runs on Android 16 with OriginOS 6 on top. Gaming, heavy multitasking or just everyday use, this chip makes it all feel effortless.

This is where things get really interesting. The Vivo X300s comes with a 200MP main camera backed by ZEISS optics and optical image stabilization, which means sharper photos even when your hands are not perfectly steady. There is also a 50MP ultra-wide lens for those wide landscape shots and a 50MP Sony periscope camera with 3x optical zoom and a 200mm focal length for getting close to distant subjects. Selfies are handled by a 50MP front camera. Overall this is a camera setup that can seriously compete with the best out there.

Vivo also introduced the ZEISS G2 Teleconverter alongside the X300s for those who love zoom photography. It weighs 153g, measures 96mm in length and uses a 15-element optical structure that meets ZEISS APO standards. It also supports 200mm portrait video recording, giving mobile photographers a serious upgrade in zoom capability.

    Battery & Connectivity

The 7,100mAh battery inside the Vivo X300s is massive and that is putting it mildly. Most flagship phones top out around 5,000mAh so this is a big step up. Charging is fast too with 90W wired and 40W wireless support so you are never stuck waiting too long.

The phone also covers all the connectivity basics including Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, an IR blaster and a USB-C Gen 3.2 port. It is IP68 and IP69 rated as well so a little rain or splash is nothing to worry about.
