The Honor X8e 4G has quietly joined the brand’s X series, and it is aimed at people who care about battery life and toughness. The phone showed up on Honor’s Azerbaijan website. It pairs a Snapdragon 685 chip with a 108MP camera, a 120Hz screen, and a big 7,700mAh battery. Here is what it offers and what it might cost in Nepal.
- 6.87-inch HD+ 120Hz TFT LCD display
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 chipset
- 108MP primary camera sensor
- 7,700mAh battery with 45W wired charging
Honor X8e 4G Overview
Design and Display
The Honor X8e 4G has a flat-frame body in Sunrise Orange, Desert Gold, and Velvet Black. It is 8.3mm thick and weighs about 218.5 grams, so it feels solid in the hand. Honor lists IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings, which cover dust, submersion, and hot high-pressure water jets.
Up front is a 6.87-inch TFT LCD with 1592 x 720 pixels. The 120Hz refresh rate keeps scrolling smooth, and peak brightness reaches 1,020 nits for outdoor use. The HD+ resolution won’t look razor sharp, but that is normal for this price range. A small punch-hole holds the selfie camera.
Performance
Under the hood is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 685, a 6nm chip with an Adreno 610 GPU. It is an older entry-level processor, so the Honor X8e 4G should handle calls, browsing, and social apps without much trouble. Demanding games and heavy multitasking could push it too far, though.
Memory comes as 6GB of RAM with 256GB of storage, and RAM Turbo can stretch the RAM virtually. The phone ships with MagicOS 10 on top of Android 16, which is a pleasant surprise at this level. It also gets a dedicated AI button and AI Image to Video 2.0 for quick creative tools.
Camera
The 108MP main sensor is the headline feature of the Honor X8e 4G, and it is rare to see that resolution in this price class. It has an f/1.75 aperture and supports 8x digital zoom. Megapixels alone don’t decide photo quality, so real-world samples will matter more than the number on the box.
Video recording is capped at 1080p because of the chipset, which is a clear drawback next to such a big sensor. Selfies and video calls are covered by a 5MP front camera. There is also an underwater photo mode, which suits the phone’s tough, water-resistant build.

Battery and Connectivity
A 7,700mAh battery powers the phone, with 45W Honor SuperCharge for wired charging. That should last a full day of normal use, and likely longer if you go easy on it. The Honor X8e 4G is nearly identical to the Honor X7e Plus, which has a slightly larger 8,100mAh cell.
Connectivity is limited to 4G, with dual Nano-SIM, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 4.2, and NFC. There is no 5G, so anyone who wants faster networks will need to look elsewhere. Honor also claims drop resistance from 2.5 metres, backed by SGS certification, and operation from -30°C to 50°C.

Honor X8e 4G Price and Availability in Nepal
In Azerbaijan, one retailer lists the 6GB+256GB model of the Honor X8e 4G at AZN 689.99. The phone is offered in three colors: Sunrise Orange, Desert Gold, and Velvet Black. The handset has also appeared on Honor’s own Azerbaijan website.
| Honor X8e 4G | Price in Azerbaijan (Official) | Price in Nepal (Converted) |
|---|---|---|
| 6GB+256GB | AZN 689.99 | NPR 61,599 |
Honor has not announced a Nepal release yet. If it arrives, the Honor X8e 4G price in Nepal could start around NPR 61,599, though that is only an estimate. Honor X8e 4G availability beyond a few markets is still unclear.
Conclusion
The Honor X8e 4G is a tough, battery-focused phone with a large screen and a standout 108MP sensor. The older chipset and 4G-only support hold it back a little. If the Honor X8e 4G reaches Nepal, its final price will decide whether it makes sense for local buyers.
